at least avoid coinbase fees altogether and just swap XRP/USD IOUs on XUMM
1. move 100-1000 XRP to Xumm wallet
2. exchange XRP to bitstamp USD IOU hopefully at least 500 per coin
3. move bitstamp USD iou to own bitstamp account
4. it appears as USD regular USD on the bitstamp account hopefully
5. withdraw into any linked regular USD bank account like fucking chase or BOA or some shit
