I'm mostly thinking of getting BTC and ETH for now, but what about alt coins? Are they too risky in times like this? I've had my eyes on DOT.

Majority of people know that crypto still has a lot of bull runs left in it and most are saying this is just a reset for it to come back stronger, I still think Btc would rise with it though and I'm all in stablecoins right now to and speculating on defi yield farming protocols to get into for yields in times like this.

Crypto is 700B market, Why would you need money printer to maintain it? It doesn't make sense especially considering current dump in driven by whales

In reality there's x200 more money in equity market, It needs maintenance, Crypto just need a small narrative shift to move money from certain assets to the other. Problem is that BTC narrative is getting destroyed at the moment deliberately, Unironically in times like this ETH/Whatever dominance L1 would've been a better face for this space considering they aren't relying on a single narrative (le store of value)

Feeling quite good to be honest. Fundamentals remain solid
I'm very pragmatic and clearly an ideologue, so of course I'm only speaking for myself. I care about sound money. I can't help but imagine the people who are clicking the SELL button. Thinking "oh shit I need these dOlLaRs right now". In my mind it's all a bunch of literal retards who bought monero trying to get more fiat out of it. And because they're retards they NEED to sell right now, today, at a loss, to get fiat in their hands for who knows what reason, because they can't make more fiat I guess. Stupid motherfuckers if you ask me. Literal subhumans without any financial education putting money that they might need urgently in an asset like Monero. Can you imagine their fucking brains? The synapses? "oh noooo this is going to zero bros!!!! nothing changed but now it's going to zeroo0000ooo"
Fortunately this is my fourth crypto crash and I've learned the lesson to ALWAYS have dry powder to buy in times like this, which I did, but I'm smart enough to not use all of it because I know it might go lower and lower. Always have dry powder. Always take the chance to acquire cheap assets because of literal retards who 'suddenly' need to sell to get their hands on fiat. On fucking fiat, lmao

This man understands
It's been a couple of years since I've last calculated my crypto portfolio in fiat. Once you've been here long enough you notice that it's not THAT important

I'm already on it with yield farming stablecoins on SPOOL to stay in the green in times like this and earn a decent yield.

I think the future of crypto largely depends on what you choose to invest in. There are still anons making profits in times like this through defi yield farming and auto-compounding vaults.

>shorting
Retail, as a rule, does not short.

Retail is full of permabull retards who get heemed in times like this. Only big boys and a tiny sliver of retail shorts (us).

In times like this, everything is risky to hold over night, you might want to liquidate all of your positions...

But what happened since then, there is no big one that matters unless fiat becomes truly useless. If you were that concerned you should have taken Bobo's advice posted ad nauseum the past week and held cash. No one thought the bullrun would last forever. Certainly this could be the end but it is just as likely to just be a hiccup. The people buying shiny rocks have a point in times like this but even PM's are down. It is a down day for everyone, if you took a major loss but it is on companies with actual value your best bet is to hold and wait. You probably lost more than my entire portfolio but you will probably get most of it back if you don't sell.

Watch 1 minute chart for downturn shifting into uplift, you'll notice the wave pattern, always sell early don't wait for the top. You'll lose some potential profit but i prefer to lock in small gains in times like this.

Use shitcoins for earning more BTC in times like this when any retard coin does x10 . If you just stay in one place like this you won't win a lot

thank you for the kind words anon, I have been here at my home getting things ready to take care of all of the dogs that our family has, because I know things are going to be hectic and the furry guys cant be neglected.. what you said about meals is so very true... I have been through similar things before which is why I know what is coming..and preparing food for people in times like this is probably the only thing I know to do that is useful. Going to continue dog pack proofing everything, keep the energy in XRP guys, like this anon said, family IS everything and that is why were doing this.

I think pajeet PnDs have actually really helped /biz/tards in times like this. I guess these reddit fags are so delusional because this is their first ponzi. They can't understand the game is over because they can't even comprehend what that implies.

When prices are low and supplies plentiful you stack well recognized bullion coins, but in times like this you want to be creative and look for good deals.

Check Goodwill/salvation army type shops and antique malls for underpriced Sterling Silver items which you can either keep or send in for refining and get ingots/bars returned. Last summer I found a silver platter worth ~$800 spot for 4 bucks, stuff like that crushes your DCA in a very good way.

Fidelity is a boomer broker, not that that's a bad thing since it means they're actually solvent in times like this, but it will take some time to do stuff like open an account.
