i deleted all of my social media at the beginning of the year. the only thing i miss is the validation of posting a beach pic and getting a hundred likes from girls. aside from that its been nothing but good things since i deleted it. twitter especially, the retarded leftist tweets that got 10,000 retweets used to make my fucking blood boil and now i never have to see them. i probably extended my lifespan by a few years by removing all of the stress that social media causes
