You need to utilize less than 40% of your credit to maintain and "excellent" rating for that portion of you credit score. Other things that help you stay in good standing with shekelberg:
>100% on time payments, even 99% drops you out of excellent
>25years credit history
>$50,000 available and unused credit
>2 or fewer credit inquiries in the last two years
>2 or fewer new lines of credit/loans in the last two years.

hello /biz/, wonnabe game dev here. I want your honest opinion. I'll try to greentext it:
>be me, newbie web dev that also knows the basic of Unity
>have a brilliant game idea
>discuss it with another close friend about it (who also contributed equally to the original idea and architecture of the game)
>fuck it, why not try to actually created and make money out of it?
>we already have an illustrator and another somewhat experienced web dev that wants to contribute (who though has limited exp in Unity)
>we also might have 2 more Unity game devs (one is also a junior lvl, the other is more experienced)
So, my / our problem is that we are greedy and want to not give permanent profit % to all the other contributors, meaning we don't want them to be our partners / co-owners but our employees. The problem is that we simply do not have the capital to pay for their work. So, I came up with a more balanced potential solution to this:
Offer them a contract which states that:
>their payment consists of 2 types: one is a constant, the other is a %, based on our future profits.
>payment type A: They'll be offered the national average wage for their work. Once the game is launched, IF it starts having profits, 90% of all our profits will go towards the payment of all our employees (while the 10% goes to me and my other friend, the company owners).
>Once their salaries have been paid out (we conservatively estimate it'll take 0.5 to 2 years before all employee salaries are paid out), they'll have limited ownership of part of the profits for a limited amount of years (probably, 3 years, might extend it to 5). For example, if a game dev that contributed 25% of the total required work for the game to be ready to launch, then he'll be a partial partner for 3 years, owning 7.5% of our net profits as a company.

About 130 million phones are sold per month. The PS4 hasn't got that many lifetime sales. I can't see lifetime Oculus Quest sales moving QCOM, let alone recent sales.

1) Never go all in
2) Diversify
3) options are cool but only with small amounts of $ on the line
4) Never regret selling for a profit even if it could have been more.
5) Learn to cut losses.

Thanks for asking anon

I could be 21% richer if I stopped swing trading.
The more I do it the wider the gap gets.
Am I taking profits and managing risk or is this a waste of time?
