When making a purchase with bitcoin (drugs, etc) should one buy new Bitcoin on the day, or use Bitcoin from his hold?

I'll use big numbers for simplicity.

Say you bought 1BTC at 20k. Its price is now dropped to 10k.

Today, you spend 0.1BTC for $1000 worth of drugs. Did you just effectively pay $2000 for $1000 worth of drugs?

If you had left your 1 BTC alone, and just bought another 0.1BTC today for $1000...would it make a difference?

I have a feeling it would, because if you didn't replace your spent 0.1BTC, and price went back up to 20k each, you indeed would have lost 2k instead of 1k.

I sold some bitcoin to buy meth the other day and I wish I hadn't. Everything hurts so bad. I hadn't used in 6 months.
