I rarely do this but here's a free analysis from me, a trustworthy Mongolian basket weaver.

CMC info shows it's currently sitting at just below the median price for it's lifetime, it's volume is relatively very low compared to it's initial state (meaning good 'sleeper' status and a significant enough amount of bagholders to keep the market liquid)
It's at Rank 127 so far which again, contributes toward the sleeper status. Roughly 1/6th of the total supply is in circulation -- this is where the problems appear for me. If it hits $1 = 1ONE the market cap would be 12 billion. Not impossible, but a lofty target. However on the flip side that's a whole 100x away. 20,30,40x is more than enough with the coin in its current state to make you comfy from an initial investment of $1000+

Now the facts of the coin itself rather than market data.
The team looks solid. According to their roadmap Q3 2019 looks to be where we see if it is a truly dead duck or not because it requires it's use case to be actually used. I'm not going to dig up info on all their claimed 'investors' or 'partners' because I honestly don't give a fuck -- and neither do most newcoiners, they just see number %^ good and pour money in due to fomo.

The team hold 12% of the actual coin which is a fair amount considering some of the absolute shitshows I've seen over the years. At present mcap this means the team have control of about $5m if my maths are correct. Considering how many devs they have they will have to continue working and delivering to make decent staxx so that's a good sign.

I could go on-- but this actually looks better than LINK to me. It's taking on both BTC and ETH in terms of tx time, scalability and cost to use.

That's about all I can be arsed to type. Take it or leave it.

There’s been some chatter about a Robinhood IPO this year. So that’s one way to make money.

I’ve been posting about gold being bought up by central banks and that Russia and China are desperate to do so since they have such little gold reserve

I still don’t know how to start acquiring gold. I’d like 8% of my worth to be in gold, maybe 2% silver. But I don’t have a safe or anything, and I SHTF, I don’t think I’m going to be able to get in to a safety deposit box.

I have a few bond notes that I have the same problem with.

I use RH as well and it IS pretty shitty but most of the reason it gets hate is because normies use it, lose a bunch of money, and then complain about losing said money because surprise surprise; most normal people are complete fucking morons. Luckily us shitposters will be the new financial elite in about a decade.

Here's a few cons I've noticed with RH that I can't seem to find much info on elsewhere:

-When attempting to withdrawl you must hold funds outside of an active trade for a period of time around a couple days. From there it takes 4-5 business days to get to your bank
- When using Robinhood crypto it tacks on the fees for crypto purchases onto the final price of the coin without your knowledge.
- Possibly related to the above: when using robinhood crypto I placed a buy order for 1 BTC @ 7250 for $7250 and the order went through. However when the order executed I received only .956 BTC. When putting a limit order even with the correct amount of funds at exactly 1 BTC under details it displayed my limit order as purchasing .95 or so.
- It is my personal belief that all stock purchases are marked up by a certain percentage on the RH platform but this is anecdotal and is probably due to the underlying brokers that are used compared to other trading platforms.
-There are NO STOP LOSSES on any crypto purchases, nor can you use Robinhood Gold margin on cryptocoins of any kind
- You cannot transfer crypto currency from Robinhood to anywhere else, it must be executed crypto to FIAT

If you're just starting out like I did a few months ago RH is great, and probably one of the best tools for new investors in my opinion. However once you delve deeper into it and see the flaws, learn more about investing as a whole, etc. It becomes impossible to use the platform without constantly noticing these small yet annoying and often suspicious issues.

Serious question, why does this board seem to favor crypto over the stock market. It seems to me that you can evaluate the long term value of a company and then compare that to the current market price to make highly accurate and predictable stock selections. With crypto you’re completely at the mercy of the sticker price and the whales dictate winners and losers. What is the rationale here?

I have been doing research into investing and trading but I still don't know how I'm supposed to start. Not even sure about cryptocurrencies. I can't use thousand of dollars because I'm just starting and I don't have a huge savings so I was interested in penny trading and day trading. Please help me I'm a business retard and don't know where to start to make infinite money. I'm working on publishing an ebook now to see how that goes, and going back to college soon but not sure if business major would help me.

Hey guys, I have a great new pick for the stock market. It should grow 3% by the end of the year! How huge is that?!

My portfolio is already up 5.4% this year. I'm super pumped.

Ok so I'm genuinely curious. I'm pretty new to crypto trading but I've known about bitcoin for a few years now. Everyone clings to it because it's supposed to be decentralized and unstoppable and whatnot >muh new world currency
so what does it help it's decentralized in theory yet if China and America ban it it'll fail. Doesn't that mean it's still thethered to certain countries? Am I missing something ?
