It seems like everyone is raging to throw yolo money into whatever the hot new shit is, and it's hard to tell what's more bullish; crypto, or the stock market. I'm 100% not a bear, but there seems to be a loss of perspective here(2011 2017 crypto), the snp has trippled in value despite all the lockdowns in the last decade. The party has to be over at some point. Should maybe people who made out good on crypto buy inflationary assets(land, set up a manufacturing center, invest in bonds)?

Yes, but be careful.

>There's a few famous ones, but one of the stranger ones might be from November 2015 when America's most hated man, none other than Martin Shkreli, gobbled up a 70% interest in the dying pharmaceuticals company KaloBios. The result was a 10,000% increase in the share price over the course of three days and what may have been a quiet attempt at a "reverse SPAC" (if that's even a thing).

>Definitely doesn't seem like a winner. Wall Street smelled blood in the water, short positions were already placed. Three days after the grim news from Kalo, its stock hit a low of $0.44... Enter pharma bro. On November 18, 2015, KaloBios's stock inexplicably hit $2 per share. Overnight the shares went up to over $23. On the morning of November 19, Martin Shkreli was giving interviews, announcing he spent $1.6 million buying up 1.2 million shares.

>This whole saga caught some additional attention because of involvement by retail traders. Specifically, one individual described as a "rookie trader" named Joe Campbell. Joe had staked a position on KaloBios at $2, planning to ride it down to $0. His E-Trade account had $37,000 in it when he started. After all the twists and turns, he owed E-Trade over $106,000. His story caught was picked up when he started a GoFundMe campaign to ask people to help cover his losses. Pharma Bro was asked about this on December 3, 2015 in an interview with Forbes. His response: "The poor guy who lost his life savings betting against the company with the fabulous cancer drug, as far as I’m concerned, he deserves to lose all his money."

its really funnny how reddit is superior to biz

they hold the lines on GME like fucking chads because (even if its onions plebbit) they know who the fucking enemy is.
biz on the other hand, while knowing perfectly about the nose, drowning in disinformation and distracting shills, shits itself over some STOCK MARKET VOLATILITY.

4chan and especially biz became a fucking joke. who would have thought that plebbit is that much fucking brighter than the goys on 4chan. well how times have changed.
