Leider können wir Rüdiger nicht zurück bringen, da er gerade Urlaub auf Mallorca macht. Horst und Karl-Heinz arbeiten allerdings gerade an dem Problem. Karl-Heinz modeliert den Konsensusalgorithmus in Coq, um Korrektheitseigenschaften zu verifizieren. Wir prüfen auch ob Liveness Eigenschaften im eventually synchronous Netzwerkmodell valide sind selbst unter der Einwirkung Byzantinischer Fehler. Möglicherweise existiert ein Fehler in der Implementiertung aufgrund verletzter Synchronitätsannahmen. Die Konsensusalgorithmusimplementierungsfehler sollten bald durch Horst behoben sein.

Irgendwie machen ich mir auch langsam Sorgen. Selbst Rüdiger verzweifelt an dem Problem und er ist buchstäblich der Einzige von uns der überhaupt Informatik studiert hat.

Zur gleichen Zeit gibt es aber auch Hoffnung: wir haben nämlich Karl-Heinz und Horst auf die Klimakonferenz in Madrid geschickt um Greta Thunberg für unser Projekt zu beginnen. Karl-Heinz hat scheinbar seinen Charme spielen lassen und ein privates Abendessen mit ihr arrangiert.

Ja es scheint so, als wäre Horst über die call-to-the-unknown Schwachstelle in der Fallback Funktion des Contracts gestolpert. Der Konsturktur ist leider kaputt, selbst der talentierte Karl-Heinz kann das nicht fixen. Rüdiger könnte es, aber es ist noch beleidigt weil wir ihm seinen Urlaub gestrichen haben.
