Just because i dont smoke doesnt mean Im some clueless retard. Marijuana has a profound disorienting, slowing down time, slowing down reaction, hallucinogenic effect and MEMORY LOSS even with a small amount being smoked. This is not like taking an asprin for pain. There is no situation where it should be able to be bought over the counter without a perscription, especially for young people without ailments.

That may be one definition of the term gateway drug. Its not the only one. A gateway drug is one that leads you to the criminal underworld of other drugs, illegal gun sales and money laundering. You need to have a serious medical condition for that. You also get a second doctor to evaluate you to make sure the first diagnosis isnt bogus and make sure that you arent breaking the law and cheating the system. Additionally, that pot is your alone.
