I hear your crits /3/ and I am going to take him back into redesign at this stage.

This guy is the first human character I've put together (was an environment artist) and I wanted to take him all the way through the pipeline and try out substance painter for a little bit and then get him rigged...

I can't completely change the design at this point and have to keep moving forward.

I'll narrow the hip plates a bit, fix the boots, and tighten hair / reign back dynamic qualities that were lost.

I think that is the most I can do at this time and may revisit the design at a later date.

comments on the boot is correct. This outfit is crafted by a race of birdmen and needed to have bird-like design qualities so i'm glad he mentioned ostritch feet.
