Right now I can't post the unsmoothed version because 3ds MAX is crashing my PC all the time. When I solve the problem I will post it.

1. No exceptional reason. When I was modeling that piece I see that needs more resolution. Maybe I was wrong.

2. No. In excepcional moment I make and Edit poly over the Turbosmooth. But thats not the case.

Thx a lot i will work on my mistakes.
