I'm working on a handpainted UV for a dungeon platform. Pic related.

I'm having issues with the highlighted stone on the unfinished portion, second to the middle, the one sticking up. I'm worried it looks too big when compared to the rest of the stones.

What does /3/ think?

I'm just posting this because it's relevant information to my question, and generally useful for 3D. An anon from /ic/ sent it to me to answer my previous question. I'm still open to new information though, but this should do the trick for now.

A while ago someone sent me this video, and I am working on a dungeon environment with this color palette. Picture is also related; I'm hand-painting this in GIMP. I plan to make a video with this environment, with a few characters.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlivFwSSZsU&t=108s

My question is this-- what colors should I choose for the characters? I am aware that most movies use the blue and orange color theme because they are opposites. However, I'm not sure how to look at this because there's three colors here (grey, aquamarine, and dark purple).

Should I be using a mixture of orange and green for the character's coloring?

For some reason, I cannot get this to mirror properly. (Top image)
I have the origin of this eye set to the center of the map (pictures and circled; bottom of related image).
What am I doing wrong? I am feeling a bit frustrated.

So, my uhhh friend...yeah, friend...is getting into 3D p*rn for money. They would like to know how to accurately rig a butthole in Blender.

My friend was considering using a donut and then adding a UV map on top to make it look puckered, but they are worried there's no way to scale it.

My friend would be very grateful, and this is a serious post. Thanks.

Ah, thank you very much blendlet anon. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'll try to do something similar to this and it should be done within a week or two. I'm a bit slow, heh. Appreciate it though.

Ahh yess. I'll follow the second tutorial. I'm still somewhat new to Blender, so this is extremely helpful. Thanks!

Is this type of style possible with Blender? I'd really like to create semi cartoonish looking models and backgrounds.

What I like about it is that it looks like it was painted by hand. I've love to find a tutorial on this general style, but I am not sure what it is called or what I should be looking for. Does anyone know some general search terms I should be looking for? Pic unrelated, it's so you read my post.

Imagine getting this mad over a differing opinion. It's sad, honestly.

You have my pity, anon.

Hello, blendlets. I have a question about rigging in Blender.
I'd like to make a rig similar to this video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axr-XZOE6UI

However, I'm not sure what this technique is called.

Does anyone have more information about this style of rigging? What is the technique called? Is there a term for it?

I apologize in advance for being a newb at Blender. I have the general basics of sculpting down, but I'd love to delve further into rigging specifically.

Honestly, this board is inactive enough and doesn't need crabs dragging it down.

Also, technically, "assistance" could be read as asking for criticism. It's still technically helping. If you don't see how people could be confused by this, then you lack the basic empathy required to get by.

Perhaps if the original OP of the WIP thread phrased the thread description better, we wouldn't be having this conversation and less people would be confused.

I also don't see why we can't have a dedicated critique thread. There's literally nothing wrong with having a few options to post in.

We're not supposed to post critique in the WIP thread. Can you even read?

Pic related since you are a brainlet.
