If you get caught buying fake views you'll just get banned. What you do is interact with a ton of different communities that are into the stuff you are doing. If you are any good people will notice, it also helps to interact heavily with a ton of those people on a regular basis. It builds a small audience of people who like, share, and promote. Once you start regularly getting enough viewers who are liking, sharing, and subscribing from these communities you can create your own. After a lot of work and self promotion you will be able to start monetizing videos and running a patreon, selling t-shirts and shit.

Thing is, this is all dependant upon content. You seem to not realize that large, loyal fanbases are organically formed over a shared interest in good content. If you set out "I want to make money off of my art" you most likley wont. Focus on creating top tier original and enjoyable content first, and on trying to promote and monetize second. The tail doesn't wag the dog, and no amount of promotion or view-bots or whatever shortcuts you think you can take are going to mean anything if your art isnt good enough to pull viewers into your sphere of influence on its own.

The ONLY way to make money on youtube is to set out with the goal of making money. Flippednormals used to bash blenderfags and banter in 2 hour long podcasts while throwing the odd maya tip. Look for furry shit you find artistically appealing (even though it'll probably look degenerate) and with lots of multiple angle references. Rotate the shit of your Sculpt and make sure it doesn't look flat.

Couple the references of the model you want to do with references from finished sculpts or other art that can help you understand how to "solve" some problems, like where the ears connect, the shape, volume. Don't fixate only on the reference of the specific model you're doing.
