To be honest, anon, you could probably get an entry level position with ease doing this level of work. With some experience you could find yourself in a senior position within 5 years. You seem to have a better eye than most people who are just starting out (and certainly much better than my first several years of models). I'm a senior at a large studio now, where the gaps in my skills are less of a weakness and less apparent, and I make over 6 figures (with overtime factored in). If there are studios in your city, get a few more sculpts under your belt -- the more diverse the better (sci fi, nature, anything you can think of really) and apply. If there aren't, you could still apply, but you're less likely to be accepted unless you commit to covering the costs of a big move yourself.

Whether or not you want to work in any of the industries open to you with this skillset is another issue. Advertising, Film, Games and Porn all have their positives and negatives -- and larger and smaller companies (or freelancing) will have completely different problems, too. If you like doing the work go for it, but if you don't it'll end up the same as working any other job within; 4 years it will be just another grind and you'll be completely burnt out by the 10 year mark. If you can see that happening to you but still want to do it, just go work whatever job pays more so you can take more time off when you hate it.

im already old(32) i dont see my self working on a studio and im from a third world sh1t country.

the option i can see is make a patreon
i dont know which niche i can go into,
but porn might be the way for me,
i want to keep anonymous, i dont want attention or popularity,
maybe i can go 2ways. one for the normie stuff and one for porn.
idk now yet im gonna keep experimenting and see whats works and whats not.

ive spent too long on the job that i dont like just so i can have food on the table,
with my more than 10years of experience on 2d and other diffrent field like animation, im confident that i can get good here on 3d.
im not saying im good in 2d, i actually think i didnt improve that much.

if you can give me advise to speed up my learning i would appreciate it.
also which software would you recommend.
for now i use blender and 3d coat.

Blender is fine but it can't handle big meshes well and that isn't a problem in Zbrush, Zbrush has also better and easier curve tools, texturing is shit in both move to substance painter mixer could be fine too, if you want to do animation blender is fine now but maya is the best option, you could try Cascadeur too, retopo.... are you using retopoMT in blender? that's fine, physics you'll need Houdini I suppose.

Sorry I only check /3/ like once a month, but this thread is still up I'll try to answer questions. 32 is not too old to become successful in vfx -- many people in this industry were in the exact position you were 10 years ago, and due to the massive spike in popularity of essentially affirmative action in the US and Canada, you may not realise how much of a chance you actually have.
For software blender is fine if you aren't making money. Once you make some bank there are cheap software alternatives depending on what you want to do.
Zbrush is probably still the best sculpter. Most other modeling is still done in 3dsmax, maya, modo -- all of which have cheaper 'indie' versions available. Houdini for procedural stuff (environments or applying noise or patterns to other models you have created elsewhere). 3D coat is fine, there's Mari in that space and another indie type of software. You can basically find 'good enough' alternatives to professional software quite easily, cutting the costs of starting out down by a large margin by sacrificing some niche functions. It's similar to using Krita or Affinity Photo instead of photoshop.

As for industries I can only speak to games and film. I know people in advertising and I have seen how successful porn artists market themselves so I can maybe offer some insights there though.

Film is the probably the highest paying non-freelance industry at the moment (for artists), but that is rapidly changing as underpaid artists who don't know their value (and juniors who are ridiculously talented) depreciate what may be overvalued positions. Experience is still worth a lot so senior positions are still making bank, though. As far as work goes, as a junior you will be left behind if you don't work overtime. There are no bloggers or journos with a political chip on their shoulder running expose articles on the conditions you are working in. If you're at a large company with high salaries and no competition, you will be exploted, and it will be horrible. Once you've got some experience you can pick and choose the conditions you work in but you may not realise when the tables turn there. I see a lot of mid level people with no idea what they are worth accepting awful rates and only realising some years later they are being taken advantage of.
Games -- just don't do it unless you're at an indie studio that loves you, or a big company you're in love with. It manages to combine the worst parts of film, with elitist programmers sneering at you behind your back, and almost no chance of advancement outside of swapping jobs. Everyone in games outside of management is underpaid, overtime is expected, and you could be making more money doing almost anything else. Programmers are highest paid outside of management but even they could quadruple their salaries doing programming for a more boring company.

Advertising -- from what I can tell, it's great. You'll be overworked and fed a diet consisting entirely of coffee and cocaine, but you'll make bank, be surrounded by attractive people and be a part of an operation explicitly designed to swindle as much money from both bloated corporations, and consumers, as possible. I hate almost everyone that is a part of this industry, but it might be sour grapes so take that with a grain of salt.

Porn -- probably the hardest path, but you can set your own terms. Do your research before starting. You will take the role of a superpredator -- you must know what your prey likes to consume, find the highest value market, and then cater almost exclusively to them. If you produce the highest quality content in that area (it could be as absurd as say, futa anthro-shark NTR animations) then you will be able to charge hundreds of dollars just for access to small amounts of your content. It will be pirated, stolen, distributed among friends and communities... but even considering that, I have seen patreons for the most talentless hacks producing almost nothing of value running over 2k a month easily. It's all a matter of being the biggest fish in a small but easily exploted pond. I would not recommend doing this if you have a shred of dignity or any guilt about exploiting what are essentially mentally vulnerable manchildren devoid of sexual contact. If you have a shred of programming or scripting experience you can produce porn games and easily double your money that way.

If you try to make normal porn you will most likely be outcompeted by the extremely low barrier to entry, and 2d artists who can produce vastly superior work more quickly.

I'm going to do the same, it's because 2D coom art completely ruined the market and now so many faggots expect 3 hour rendered drawings for ~50 USD that it has done nothing but make doing anything in 2D cancer. 3D means actual time spent and most people understand that, so a higher price makes more sense for the workload spent making and even rigging the model.

Plus, right now, 3D commissions is like a untapped goldmine. If I got onto the 2D scene 15 years earlier things would be different for me but now that it's too late for 2D, it's time to move on to 3D before that becomes cancer too.

Also, working on your lighting a bit will help your presentation too. That rim light in particular is way overbright. Maybe 3 or 4 stops. In your case, doing animation and modeling, lighting is the icing on the cake. Focus on your fundamentals first. If you can get it to day 5 levels of detail, that'd be a spectacular improvement over your past sculpts. Ignore the hair and clothing in day 7, that's superfluous for now.

To be honest, if you are hoping to do animation rather than modeling, I would ignore sculpts all together, get yourself a pre-rigged character, and do some animation challenges... but it looks like you are enjoying sculpting, so don't stop if you are doing what you enjoy.
