Any way to extend the free trial of this, or receive new trials? Not sure how its activation works.

Just pirate it like a normal person u nigger

the pirated version activates but has major errors, random crashes and timebombs. There is a 4 page thread about this on cgp

Get yourself an older version, those are stable. The cloth thing is a meme anyway

>>773791
Just go into regedit and delete it from there like the old days.

How is ZbrushCore? Is it worth it?

>> No.773910

>>773908
you'll have to pair it with another software. for basemesh sculpting it's great, same brush engine, decent amount of brushes. you can't import zbrush custom brushes tho.

it says its missing a lot of brushes (only 36 instead of 300), no zmodeler, no live booleans and simple only zremesher. Is this a deal breaker? Are those features even good? I would be doing hard surface in blender but i see the appeal of booleans for sculpting and then zremeshing them quickly with their new algorithm to retain edges / creases

Also, how is keyshot to zbrush bridge? From what ive seen in this video it looked good and could streamline a workflow potentially and looks industry ready with its easy sync and also export quickly to photoshop for 2d editing. However, ive also seen people get real bad results with zbrush to keyshot in other videos. Ive used substance painter with its iray and it only allows for hdri lights with no alterations. But, some say that a studio hdri from hdrihaven is the way to go

Then it doesnt run because it needs to connect to work.

no it doesnt cunt.
Im running a pirated version right now, and it doesnt connect to anything.

Same goes with Marvelous Designer. I had to block it in firewall for it to work properly.

Why dont you just buy it?
Works awesome with blender, so i dont mind paying one time.

you can get 3d coat for $99 which is a much better deal and bang for buck

not that anon but im not sure how much im going to use it. It could end up being something that I use all the time, or it could end up gathering dust like my FL Studio purchase

This overrated autist app has tons of errors even when not cracked.

Just buy it

>> No.774269

>>774248
isn't it better to do the subscription though? Like, subscribe for 2-3 months and see if you even use it and see if pablo's blender sculpting rewrite materializes. If after 2-3 mo you find it vital to your workflow then buy and you would only have tacked on about 120 to the price, a little more than a days work at a mcjob

Dont buy anything until you are in a position to make money from it.

You have to have properly licensed software to seek and solicit commercial services and jobs. You cant even use something like houdini apprentice or maya educational to to work on a reel and then start paying once u get a job. That would be against the personal learning, non commercial terms.

Just work with Zbrush 2019 or Zbrush2020, the clothing simulation is useless, the cloth brushes are only there to save you time but its not like you can't Extract mesh then sculpt wrinkles with pinch and move elastic and then insert nanomesh. Wait for a better crack of the 2021 version.

blender does cloth for free and without trojans in the iso

Blender can barely handle 4M polys before crashing. Zbrush can handle +100M polys without sweating a drop
