Why I don't see anyone using Video copilot orb? It's real time rendering and customisation of textures ,in just one software is amazing ,and it's free,I created the whole scene in 2 days The astraunat is from c4d

It's a sphere with a texture on it. What am i missing? Why did this shit take you 2 days?
How is 'real time rendering and texture customisation' anything special?

That texture is made inside after effects and there are muliple layers of textures there if you look closely, also if you check out the dark area ,the texture is glowing ,i am just saying you can make textures add bump, glossiness ,and illumination in one software

So this is it...: https://www.videocopilot.net/orb/

I mean, it doesn't look bad, but personally I'd rather learn to do this shit by myself, starting from a simple, non-mapped sphere. I guess that may be the majority sentiment on /3/, and that would explain why those pre-made solutions aren't really popular here.

So what's special about this that couldn't be done in just about any 3d software?
You can texture a sphere? That's been a thing since the 70s. Bump maps? 70s as well.
Why would anyone bother with something that shoehorns in something into a 2d program that 3d software has been able to do for almost 45 years?

How is video copilot still a thing?

>speed
if it's anything less than real-time then there's nothing fast about it.
