So I decided to do something totally different from the 3d I'm used to and started learning MD. I've made a few cloths now and am quite happy with them, but I'm a little stuck for inspiration, so I figure why not get inspiration and maybe help out someone else here.
Post some pics of cloths you want making and if it like them I'll make them and share the files afterwards, it's not going to be fast. Takes me about 2-3 days per set. If you want it for a specific avatar i'll need to make another version but shouldn't take me too long.

Youtube - "try-on haul" and pick whatever suits you.

I personally am in love with these kind of basic casual outfits with flesh-colored coats. Get rid of pretentious pants and put on jeans for even more casual look. God I love women and their clothing. Good luck.

While surprisingly difficult to Google try looking for something like "skirt sew template" for specific types. If your making something up like >>751616 you probably want to make a base pattern that fits close to the avatar for all sections and make edits from there.

MD is not a 3D modelling program, it's a garment conception program. Create clothing like real clothes, and you will get less pushback from the program itself.

Check out Travis davids YT channel and in particular look at his video that is something to do with where he gets inspiration, or what to use as references. I forget the exact title but it was really handy for me. Pinterest, some nip website, some Italian website.

Don't try to model like a 3d program. Look up sewing pattern and practise a lot, then when you get the hang of it, you can branch out. You will see you actually have a lot of freedom.

This was harder then expected, jacket is okay, jumper is fine but the jeans where really difficult to get the seams right. Maps not amazing on this but they give you the idea, not going for nice renders just well made model. let me know if you want the file, and thanks for the image.

Could've tighten the belt and added some jumper folds on top of it, also the jacket is too smooth for the kind of fabric they're usually made of, but I think you understand that and just wanted to practice a little. And jeans are usually tighter than that. Otherwise great work, good luck further!

Because in 3D you can alter and repost others peoples work as your own and make super low effort erotic content using ripped models or daz studio etc.
In /ic/ you actually need to make that content all by yourself and few artists are that interested in spending so much effort making erotic content.

3D communities since back in the 90's where infested with poser/daz/bryce type shit that anyone can generate en masse.
Naturally nobody that is interested in the subject of 3D graphics are interested in posts of such content unless it is made by the actual artists who made it.

Like if somebody post the poser model 'Victoria' it's only interesting if the post is by the Daz employed artist that actually made the 'Victoria' model

happy with how this one turned out, the dress might be more suited to a flatter chest and smaller frame like the ref but its fits quite well regardless. I found out white looking for more ref the character Tokisaki Kurumi has a very slimier dress.
