I 3D-printed this today.

Remove that raft right now

Literally looks like a lump of shitty charcoal, do you have the means to smooth it out a bit? maybe sand it then paint with acrylics?

>> No.649536

you lost too much, either increase the size or decrease your layer height and nozzle diameter (0.02 is preferred nozzle diameter). You should also always paint white to see the mistakes.
Pro tip: green purple yellow and pink filaments are always cheaper than black and white.
>ABS acetone
if you are willing to put in more effort upfront, ABS and acetone will give you smoother results without having to sand so much every time.I recommend using a plastic tub with paper towers with acetone. Some people use a presto cooker with acetone.
If you must use PLA, you might use a file to sand it and woodfiller to fill gaps. If its big enough Killz and spackle are also good choices.

It's a cartoon frog. Piling on details to make it "realistic" won't do any good.

You know what to do instead...add a fat, veiny cock.

wow that is a mean cock if i ever saw one
