it's in really shitty transparent lettering at the bottom.
That's a pretty poor way of branding your stuff desu. I had to pull it into photoshop and fuck with the curves to get it to show up.

looking at this tumblr though, looks like he already "made it" and is in the vfx industry, so idk if you'll get a response, anon.

Depends who you commission it from. A lot of modellers can do the same as your pic did but their price varies.

I got quoted a similar model (in terms of the same detail) for about £60/$76.

Of course, you could always learn to make it yourself for free...
