Is there a way to straighten out these folds in the mesh somehow so that they disappear even after using the smoothing brush?
As you can see in the video the pinch keeps getting worse the more i go over it.

Turn on Dynamesh and put a high value, like 256 (that changes with model scale).
It will create an adaptive mesh of your sculpt.
You´ll have to retopolgy later anyway, so why bother.

Smoothing dosnt work on 2 separate meshesh
but flatten does
i often dont want to dynamesh to not lose detail so then i just use flatten clay, hpolish and other polish tools instead of smoothing
