Lowpoly does not mean lack of detail. The stairs can easily have some extra loops for randomness and the 3-second buildings are just hideous. The hi-poly cloth really makes it stand out just how little control you have over the software.

There hasn't really been a love child of /3/ and /fa/.
The /3/ industry is far too expensive for the /fa/ industry to consider integrating it.

I really don't think fashion designers seek out 3D artists to make models for them.
Especially because the common fashion designer doesn't know shit about tailoring and making sewing patterns.
When I figured out how much time and money it would cost to pay a tailor and a seamstress to make a prototype of my design and then rent a studio and pay a photographer to take a single photo of it, I immediately sat down to learn how to tailor my own shit. This is how it happened.
