Experimenting with shapes would be interesting. You could use that 123d app posted above to scan your... mold, print a copy as a mold so the silicone fits perfectly

Or copy the shape of the ridge down for perfect friction. Definitely an interesting hobby.

A while ago I checked and amazon sells the medical silicone mix required for this. Apparently it's not that big a deal to make this. It'll copy the texture exactly according to the net, so make sure to sand the model down if you don't want the roughness that comes out of the printer.

You cannot 3D print it. 3D printing require you to layer up the material and the binding agent, a fleshlight is probably made from injection molding.
The material of the fleshlight is some very special concoction not just any type rubber. It's a strange material with a consistency similar to ballistics gel.
The manufactor call it 'real feel superskin' allegedly it's 2 parts silicone and 1 part chemicals of some undisclosed secret formula.

Probably the liquified remains of aborted fetuses. A fleshlight will disolve in soap, that's my basis for this belief.
