overall body proportion is off but to each his own, do what ya want as long as it doesnt look too dramatic

If you want to make it better and get better i got an exercise for you.
Try remaking it using primitives only.
So a sphere for a head, a cilinder that you smooth down one end and make taller put into place with transpose tools as hands ( use tool>geometry> modify topology> mirror and weld to mirror it )
A cylinder for the body and so on.
then marge all tools and use dynamesh to toll them into one mesh, and sculpt over that.
You will be surprised how much better will your proportions look with a proper underlying layer.

This is generally what keeps people from being taken seriously and their work from being seen as anything other than generic angsty shit.

No artistic freedom, you're taking an existing model and trying to replicate it, so be true to it, artistic freedom in a situation like this is just an inability to admit you suck too much to be able to truly replicate the work.

tl;dr

1: Stop adding tits and dicks and cunts to everything you model.
2: don't deviate from what you're making.
3: do what people fucking tell you.
