I've been looking at some ways to get a terrain tool. It seems to me that Gaea has some more powerful nodes, though there seem to be some things missing compared to WM. You arent missing out on too much with the older versions, so it may be better to see which program you like more.
Just right now I figured out that RenderDoc works in Gaea and Ive been able to rip the high resolution preview out of the free version, so as long as you dont care about erosion studio or whats it called you can quite easily get around the stupid 1k export limit of the paid version.

Haven't used Maya or Zbrush on my personal machine in a year or two, but they both removed the free hobby/educational licenses unless you actually prove you go to school? I'm not using Blender if I can help it since I don't want to learn a new software for small personal work.

Any good crack versions for like Zbrush or Maya 2018-2022? Not really worried about version just using for some 3D Printing adjustments

billi's search is shit + the chinese will often not upload with the english title so course become unsearchable.
it can be best to generalise searches - just "gnomon", then filter out everything under 60 minutes, sort by upload date and look through results.
sometimes the search is so bad that you'll find the course you want browsing through uploads from a user but it'll be impossible to get it show up in results.
courses tend to get uploaded to billi days before/after (some courses on cgp these days originate from chinese group buys) so you can try and find a date range based on when the course first appears on pirate sites.

it is a bit of a crapshoot.

Has CG Boost’s Cube World course been uploaded anywhere? Seeing as it’s a course I don’t know if he even put out set videos or if it’s genuinely catered to the group he’s working with. I’m trying to learn more stylized backgrounds so it would be pretty useful if I could find more videos on it. Heck, I’d be willing to pay but the website layout and the way the courses work are kinda weird.
