How do I get rid of all the noise blender puts in my renders?

I'll start

Use a proper renderer instead. Renderman is free and can be used in Donut Maker.

use the 2.81 intel denoiser. problem solved.

The 2.81 Intel denoiser is really some fucking serious black magic. Denoiser+Optix+Ecycles will make Cycles renders a lot faster. I'm sure they also have more optimizations up their sleeve. Might get near real-time Cycles in the near future.

why not just using the same tools a photographer would, like topaz denoise AI or something similar?
