material work and texture are both awful, sculpt looks good though.
you put wayyy too much subsurface on her, you shouldnt be able to see that much red on an ear that not only has no light source directly hitting it but also hair covering up the back you completely killed your details with it. the veins on the forehead are don't fit at all, they're poorly blended into the texture they look like they were painted over her skin they're too small and high frequency and you can see the symmetry clearly.

what this dude said. your viewport captures look unironcally better than the render

without seeing reference it's hard to judge, but orbital furrow looks a little low and malar fat near that area is lacking. she looks old just in that region, while showing no aging anywhere else.
