just started 3d modelling no idea what I am doing this was a cube I've circled what Is going to be fixed just wanted to ask how I am doing?
My first model was a horribly broken sphere the second looked like a square with a horrible legoblock cat face /looked like bullet bill.
Any pointer - I am using blender for modelling it's basically as good as any other I've heard.
any tips?

starting again from the beginning, how do you get it so the noes is one piece? :S
For me it comes out as two and whenever I try to fix it it looks weird/overlapping.
