box syndrome is when you model a box from what is supposed to be a cylinder because you're trying to follow the front and side view without previously breaking up the shape correctly in your mind
I can see this on the boots clearly. They are probably perfect from both side and front view, but in persp they just look wrong.
Try to put a little more thought in your modeling, overall quality will definitely improve
Given the shading of the drawing, the knees are also shaped wrong. Again, silhouette might look good but it's pretty obvious that the intended shape is much different from what you modeled.
More specifically, your knees appear very sharp in the x axis, while the front reference shows that they are wider and flatter
Anatomy knowledge is somewhat required even when modeling from references, I can tell that you have no idea of what a foot is shaped like by the fact that the toe and the heel of the foot are connected by a straight line. Just look at a pair of shoes from above (it should be easy to find some easy, they should be located somewhere below your head) you'll notice that it's not a straight line at all, and also not symmetrical.
I don't really know what your topology is like but since, by your model, it appears that you still know very little about character modeling, there is a high chance that your loops aren't placed in an ideal way for comfortable rigging deformations

Japs probably don't color their stuff in Flash is the problem. Maybe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Zone's got performance constraints to think about, Flash is shit and never runs at any acceptable level of performance.

How long does it usually take him to do a flash? I do like his quality work, if you put the hentai aside. People gave me lots of criticisms ranging from thoughtful to intentionally hurtful. I listened to, and considered all of them. If I agreed with it I changed something.
