I can tell from the blurred shadows that don't make sense, the lack of micro-AOS, the irregular speculars and everything else. If you want to make it realistic, you need to render it with a 3D package.

Everyone said everything about the shadows.
The painting needs a sharper shadow because the distance between the painting and the wall is almost nothing.
To simulate GI, those chair legs need shadows around the legs. The shadows also need to be sharper.
The outlet is stupidly low quality that it's jarring.
The carpet looks like a flat surface because it doesn't cast shadows on itself.
You really are better off rendering this in 3D instead.
