I am trying to copy this small support beam around the top brown portion of my little tower here. I cant seem to find a way to copy around a circle and i'm pretty sure that the function exists. i have tried doing it manually but with and without snap on it seems to always be just a little out of place.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated!

If i"m understanding what you want to do. I think you just need to select the thing you want to copy, move it's pivot point to the center of the pillar, and then use the rotate tool while while holding shift to rotate a copy.
