baking normal maps is exactly what needs tips & tricks.
Example: If you don't know that you have to spearate UVs where geometry has tight angles, you'll never get decent results

Baking normal maps is one of those things noobies assume is easy and click button get bacon.

To get clean, good looking bakes takes practise and knowledge. In fact a tutorial on this is a lot better than a lot of tutorials as there are clear facts you need to follow and know and be able to repeat.
