I've only been doing 3D modeling for 6 months. This is my fifth try at a model, and I think I've finally got it.

This is a bit stylized. I wanted the waist to be extremely small like it is.

I'm at the rigging stage now and having a hard time. I'd like to mirror bones and the weight paints, but I'm not sure how to do that. How do you guys usually overcome this problem?

Critique or comments welcome! I'm using Blender.
