Finding decent reference materials without forking over money is nearly impossible. Hell, I've been trying to find some idealized but realistic measurements for a man that's 6'3" / 1905 mm tall. Everything I find that calculates body proportions wants to know the wrist size, which I wouldn't know because I'm not 6'3" tall.

There's probably a wealth of references and information about anatomy out there somewhere, hidden behind a paywall.
