You are very vague in your request.
Though, it sounds like what you want is completed models to mix and match?
tf3dm.com is a decent place for characters.
You will have to import most of them as the majority are .obj

So I'm new to Blender and was looking for a list of keyboard shortcuts and came across one by Mr.Deyo. It was great, but then I noticed that some of the keys were different, Home, End, PgUp, PgDn, =, -.
So I went through and updated it with American keyboard keys. I'm posting it here on the off chance someone might find it useful. All credit goes to Mr.Deyo.
