Looking for some help with 3D scan post processing.

I got a creality Raptor and did some scaning.
Used Meshinspector to align my scans and to fuse them. The problem are these artifacts (red cirles in the picture).

I suspect the core problem is that I did not clean the pointclouds enough.

Is there a way to get rid of these artifacts in a "easy" way?

I tried to select them in Meshmixer and the delete them and fill the holes, but that seems a bit tedious and wrong.


Also: is there a 3D scaning general here?
