i'm not sure about this octane daz plugin
i can make cool stuff but...
hmmm
i'm not sure it's worth it
especially at 40 bucks a month
i can make better stuff in iray
plus i already have the stand alone version of octane cracked if i needed it
i just really had to try it just to find out for myself whether or not it was that much better
so far (without any youtube help because there practically isn't any) i've been able to figure out the basics.
but i'm not satisfied
i think i can do better without it

sometimes it doesn't let you save
sometimes it doesn't ever build the scene
sometimes it never finishes rendering (gets stuck on the last 0.1 percent)

verdict: not for beginners
