Disregard this, not a solution.

Doing this with exported maya animation (previous one is a MotionBuilder animation saved through maya) fucked the facial joints now, adjusting them didn't help. And I did try to both unlock rotations/nods and leave them locked, like I forgot to do with previous test, but no luck. Unlocking rotations/nodes actually led to the gen3 to become fully fucked up like original preset that I saved.
