I have a modelled, rigged and skinned splatoon model. I could adapt my model to your reference, making her an adult, plus add the props (bikini and weapon that I haven't yet modelled). Other poses could be possible as well, since it's rigged, can be easily posed.

Would take me about 2 days, I'd do it for 60 dollars.
