It was like im working back on windows 95.

Not surprising, the company still uses Photoshop CS3 that doesnt even have Graphical Processor support. Basic quality of life stuff that impact majority of work time aren't there. And just like 3D max work is 3 times slower on it.

Literally gimping themselves using these dinosour programs.
