I don't actually need help since the missing lines appear when I actually apply the modifier, but does anyone know why they were missing from the preview? If I'm just using quads, I should only get quads when I subdivide, yet two of the lines just sorta vanish in the preview and leave me with two pentagons on either side.

And while I'm posting this, any topo problems? Yes, I know the object as a whole is too flat.
