I find their content pretty entertaining and I've picked up a bunch of skills from them. I understand that they don't necessarily have time to do in-depth tutorials on everything but their content is still really useful for beginners. They'll present a subject/technique, tell what it's used for, and show a quick example. Then it's up to the viewer to figure out how to get deeper into that subject.

If you want a deeper dive into things, they also have paid content on their website, which is absolutely fine. They don't owe me anything. I don't understand this entitlement a lot of people show towards free content online. Doing shit takes a lot of work and I don't expect everybody to just hand me over all the information on any given subject.
