Guys, I need help fast. What was the name of that free program that lets you add normal maps and all kinds of other fancy bs that nobody ever really needs to a 2d texture?

I'm about to drop my first texture asste onto the marketplaces of various sites, and I saw a lot of people get whiny and bitchy in ratings/reviews when there's no normal maps included, so I wanted to add those first.

Please help fast I'm starving to death and need shekels.
